You don't have to be overly outgoing to be an EXCELLENT team member. Currently we have multiple FULL-TIME positions available, both entry level and experience driven. Some positions available are; administration / management, maintenance, garden staff, production, packaging and processing. We have shifts available 24hrs 7 days a week... However the most common shift is Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM We are looking for long term solid team members that care about the company they work with. We absolutely care about the members of our team and want to create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Entry level is $13.69 an hour with a quarterly review. Full time team members will average between $14-$20 per hour depending on department placement and experience. We have a PTO (paid time off) accrual program as well. 05/20/21: Maintenance Tech Needed. Currently looking for a dedicated full time Maintenance technician. The perfect candidate will have experience in fixing and rebuilding parts and tools as well as installing new equipment. Experience with any of the following will dictate rate of pay... electrical wiring, HVAC equipment, Dehumidifiers, irrigation systems and equipment, indoor grow equipment and processing equipment. Starting wage $17-$20 DOE for this specific role. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Must be open to drug testing at any time if asked. We don't tolerate DETRIMENTAL drug use of any kind. No additional certification needed to work here in WA... just the normal stuff any legal industry requires, identification and a legal ability to work in the US.
