Bilingual Leasing Consultant - 237+ units, Dallas 75220 area Our Leasing Consultants are the foundation of success at our communities and with that comes high standards and expectations for success of the team. This position needs a very experienced, outgoing, positive, heavy marketing / leasing focused individual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Works closely with the Community Manager to effectively manage activities such as leasing, resident retention, concessions, and customer service • Follows up on expectations to renew leases • Performs leasing activities, including generating traffic, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents, touring prospective residents, qualifying prospects, and closing the sale by obtaining rental application and deposit • Other duties may be assigned at various times Required Skills & Experience: • 1+ years experienced and knowledgeable in property management • High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Office application software and OneSite Property Management Software. • Knowledge and compliance with community rental information and Federal, State and Local Fair Housing guidelines • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors • Good sales and customer service skills • Highly motivated individual with integrity and strong business ethics • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required For immediate consideration, please email reply with your resume along with salary requirements.
