Stratas Foods Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $15.92/hr 2210 St Germain Rd, Dallas, TX 75212 Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work their bid shift, overtime, and weekends as required. The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and downstairs, dump rework, operate a motorized forklift, prepare packaging, package product and other duties as assigned by supervision. 1. Must be trained and certified on the forklift. 2. Trained and able to demonstrate hazardous chemical handling (caustic, flavoring). 3. Proficient in the operation of the stretch wrappers. 4. Must be proficient with a forklift on all operations lines. 5. Load trucks in the prescribed manner. 6. Must demonstrate the ability to complete and make changes to pick sheets. 7. Communicate with visitors and customers in a professional manner. 8. Must have basic operational knowledge of roll-up doors. 9. Must be able to understand the inventory procedure. 10. Trained and able to demonstrate pallet transfer operations. 11. Must demonstrate the ability to reconcile the finished product. Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 5:00PM - Shift length: 10 - 12 hours - Days: Must have the flexibility to work both shifts to include daily overtime and Saturdays. 7:00am – 5:30pm and or 5:00pm – 3:30am.
