Home Media Installer Bam Techs is currently hiring residential Home Media Installers to join our company and work in the Dallas, TX area. Home Media installers will travel to residential customer locations to install video streaming devices to consumer TV's and connect them to the customer's Wireless internet network. We offer: Weekly direct deposit W-2 position starting at $14 an hour (drive time included) 25 cent per mile gas/mileage reimbursement Semi-annual performance reviews to determine pay raises Any required tools can be provided by the company Potential growth into additional projects for qualified candidates Basic experience needed for Home Media Installers: Basic understanding of wireless networks Knowledge of TV connections and components Customer service skills "Tech savviness" Background in AV, Cable, or Internet a plus but not a requirement Home Media Installer Requirements: Pass National background check and drug screen Valid Driver's License Social Security Card Reliable phone with data service Must be fluent in the English language A home computer or laptop A clean reliable vehicle Desired Soft Skills: Responsiveness - Be attentive and address concerns and requests from both customers and the company in a timely manner Preparation - Being fully aware of tools and equipment needed to complete installation process while having these items readily available. Knowledge - Knowing the product and service will provide the customer with a sense of security and confidence. Communication - Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and the company Customer service - Being aware and respectful of customer property and belongings. Show interest and professionalism when communicating with the customer.
