Want to make $35,000-$40,000 your first year? Most new hires will make 35K to 40K their first year working for Washburn Iron Works. Two different positions are available at this time; molding and finishing/inspecting. You may work as part of a team or individually. Work includes working with various machines including robotics, auto-grind centers, and stand grinders. Most staff start at 6am with a somewhat variable end time, but we can be flexible with start times to accommodate staff needs as long as there is a consistent schedule. Part-time work is OK if consistent schedule as well. We offer 7 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) your first year of full time work which increases with years of service up to 30 paid days off per year. In addition we offer 8 paid holidays annually. Up to 4% 401K match and Health Insurance. Hourly wages start at $15 and increase based upon performance. Must pass a drug screen prior to employment.
