Immediate openings for maintenance professionals. Mon-Fri 40 hr wk. Duties include building maintenance such as replacement of rotten siding, painting tape float and texture, carpentry, tpo & shingle roof repairs, & light plumbing of irrigation systems. Grounds keeping to include, mowing, tree trimmimg, & planting. Must have own transportation to and from jobsite. Basic tools are required.
