Pressure wash + garage wall demo + haul trash + mow lawn

We are looking for someone who can show up and demo the sheetrock in a two car garage, removing all of the nails, having it fully prepared for new sheetrock. The garage floor then needs to be pressure washed, as well as the driveway. The debris from the garage + a couple doors + vanity + a couple other small items need to be loaded up and hauled away. We also need the yard mowed + weed eating, etc. This honestly shouldn’t take longer than a day, for someone who knows how to execute. The driveway + yard have a slope. Must do an excellent job! Also, may have a few more jobs for you if you’re interested. This job pays $200. As always, I like to give incentive if I believe you go above and beyond in everything you do.
