We are the home of Never Seal Your Deck Again!™ with a 25-year warranty! In business since 2005 with 15,000 customers, Seal Smart is a growing company that currently operates in 11 Midwestern states. We are looking for ethical, competent, and hard-working Installers to clean and seal wood decks and concrete in the Birmingham area, in addition to some travel. The Installer will be a vital member of our team, ensure all safety guidelines are met, be responsible for all equipment, and ensure that the company's installation process is completed per company guidelines. The Installer will be mechanically inclined, have a background in construction, experience with all types of small equipment, be organized and detail oriented, and follow company policies and procedures.
