college student wanted for outdoor "dirty work"

I am looking for a clean-cut, well-mannered, reliable, able-bodied college student or young person to complete a plethora of chores around the exterior of my house & garage, to ready me for summer outdoor living. Sweeping, shop-vacuuming, hosing down, scrubbing, weeding, etc. You must be able to climb a ladder, work with a screwdriver, lift heavy items & use a shop vac. I prefer to get this done tomorrow (Saturday 5/22) or Sunday (5/23). Will pay $20 per hour, cash, (prorated in 15-minute increments for partial hours), with a guaranteed minimum of four hours. I have NO idea how long it will take but I imagine it will take longer than four hours. Bottled water will be provided all day & a fast-food lunch will be provided if beyond four hours.
