We will train you even if you don't have experience! Responsibilities: Able to pre-fabricate sub-assemblies as per sample provided by foreman Able to assist trenching, digging operator when needed. Understand how to cut, glue lateral line pipe, fitting, cut and assemble drip tubing, fitting Capable of hand back filling Able to work as a team player to complete repair As part of the application process for TC Irrigation, please click here to complete a brief, online, behavioral assessment that will only take about 6 minutes of your time. Once completed, you will also receive an email invitation to complete the PI Cognitive Assessment, which will take 12 minutes. Please follow the instructions for both. Qualifications: Experience is helpful but not necessary We will train the right candidate Strong work ethic Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to load/unload up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in direct sunlight and in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit - for extended periods of time Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day What We Offer: Health, dental, vision and life Insurance.
