I’m a newspaper columnist looking for people to interview for an article. Right now, in NYC, the unemployment rate is very high, but a lot of employers are having trouble hiring. I'd like to get an idea of why this is by speaking with New Yorkers who are on unemployment and looking for work, but not having any success. Could you share your story?
