Experienced Painter Needed - Exterior - $1500 Labor

Need an experienced painter or painters with equipment for a small 1200 sqft bungalow on the border of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee. You must be an experienced exterior painter. The specific tasks include: 1) Pressure Washing (this includes a patio and walkway) 2) Removing and Cleaning Storm Windows (and re-installing) 3) Scraping Paint and Preparing All Surfaces for Paint 4) Making Minor Soffit/Siding Repair where it has come loose. 5) Caulking/Sealing 6) Applying Two (2) Coats of Paint to All Surfaces 7) Landscaping Must be Protected and Not Damaged This is for the house, garage and fence (and pressure washing a brick walkway and brick patio). You must have equipment (or we can rent it for a reduced labor rate). We supply the paint. Equipment required: pressure washer, ladder, paint brushes, basic hand-tools for repairs. You must sign a contract. Payment is at the completion of the project. No down, partial or daily payments. Start date is negotiable based on weather.
