I am looking for a handyman to help with our growing property maintenance needs. I own a property in Raleigh near NC State and Garner. What I am looking for: *Knowledge of building systems and basic troubleshooting for those systems is required for the position. *Be on call for tenant requests and issues (dispatched by owner) *Execute repair and refresh tasks to turnaround a rental unit for a new tenant *Have own basic tools and reliable transportation *Make general repairs as needed to properties to include: Drywall repair, painting, water leaks, clogged sewer lines, door and lock repair, fencing, light carpentry, window repair, appliance assessment I would like a deal that includes a flat rate fee for each service call.
