ISO Sea Doo Repair Technician or Mechanic

I have a 2000 Sea Doo GTX RFI (787) that has not run in a number of years (it was a gift/hand me down). I have replaced the battery, fuel pump, fuel injectors, spark plugs and wiring harnesses. The Sea Doo will turn over but it will not start. I believe the MPEM may be bad but do not have the equipment to test it. Seeking a skilled Sea Doo technician who can tell me if the MPEM needs to be repaired or replaced. Thank you for any help.
