St Stephen Church is immediately seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Worker Join our team which helps maintain the Parish facility including a church, family life center, and school. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, event set up and break down, and general repair and maintenance of the facility. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and have a valid driver’s license. The candidate is anticipated to have a regular work schedule to include evenings and weekends but may be required to work flexible shifts if needed. Must be able to identify repair needs and communicate/coordinate completion of projects with Facility Manager. Must have good communication skills, be able to read, write and communicate in English. Computer skills and the ability to operate a variety of electronic devices are desirable. Must pass Level II FBI background screening and attend Safe Environment training. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and possess a personal motor vehicle to get to and from work.
