About the Job WCC Business Solutions seeks a Warehouse Associate who will provide exceptional customer service practices and complete assignments to set-up and maintain office machines accurately and swiftly. This person is responsible for maintaining our warehouse operations including delivery of machines and receiving of equipment, parts, and supplies for the setup and service of copier and printer equipment. Routinely perform inventory and reports out-of-stock or low levels situations and assist installation group in installing MFPs at client sites. Must be computer savvy and skilled at research with hands on experience with copiers, fax machines, printers & scanners. These duties include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: * Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse and assist in maintaining the entire facility. * Assist installation group with delivering and installing MFPs at client sites. * Routinely perform inventory and report out-of-stock or low levels situations. * Exercise sound technical and customer service judgment. * Maintain product knowledge. * Provide excellent customer service including clear and concise information regarding work status * Utilize websites, technical manual, handbooks, and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to older machines Skills/Qualifications: *Possess a clean driving record. *Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds. *Ability to push and pull objects. *Basic customer service principles. *Basic computer and phone skills. *Ability to multitask and organize work effectively *Be able to work in a team environment. *Possess a basic knowledge of printing, scanning, and faxing. *Possess and foster a customer focused attitude. *Work well under pressure and use multi-tasking behaviors to prioritize assigned tasks. *Exercise active listening skills for customer and office interactions. *Use probing questions to better understand internal and external customer concerns.
