This is for a full-time position, with openings on 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 2nd shift, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM or 3rd shift, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM. Your promotion depends on your own performance. Entry level pay of $15 - 17/hr, PLUS strong monthly bonus opportunities that begin quickly, based on performance not longevity. You will find doing a good job matters. Good employees regularly earn an extra $500 - $1000+ a month on average (an additional $3 - $6+/hr). Mechanical or Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
