Finish Carpenter craftsman and painter positions available immediately. FINISH CARPENTER: Must be an experienced and skilled carpenter and wood finisher. We are a non-union residential and commercial wood door company (since 1997), processing a high volume of beautiful high end residential and commercial wood doors/frames. If you have significant experience in detailed wood carpentry, prepping wood, finish wood skills - send your resume. We are looking for a true finish carpenter that is interested in working in a shop (with deadlines). Must be versed in handling all carpentry tools, including a router, chop saw, spray gun, drills, basic tools, and tape measure, as well as able to follow scheduled deadlines and the overseeing of production as it relates to the completion of custom, professional wood door projects. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE A MUST. ABILITY TO SELF-MANAGE IS A MUST. PAINTER: looking for a painter with specific skills in stain work and color-matching, and qualified to perform custom finish painting of doors and frames (both residential and commercial projects). BOTH POSITIONS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME OVERTIME (once in awhile). Must be detail-oriented, punctual, a team player, hardworking, and energetic. This is a Mon-Fri, day shift, hourly position (sometimes with overtime on a Saturday or past 8 hours), plus bonuses (hourly amount depends on level of previous experience, training, and references). Position is full-time with Med/Dental/Vision benefits and quarterly performance bonuses. This position is available now. RESUME PREFERRED.
