We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Lot Maintenance Person. You should have good organizational skills, you should be a self-starter, take pride in your work, have good time management skills, and you need to have the ability to follow instructions, but work efficiently with little supervision. Some forklift experience would be helpful. The job will consist of Excellent Customer Service, Supervision of customers connecting their vehicles to trailers, Unloading New Trailers, Installing Wheels-Fenders-Jacks-Ramp Gates, Prepping Trailers for customer pick up, Organizing of all Inventory on the lot, Forklift operation, Keeping Rental Trailers clean & ready for rent, completely responsible for maintaining the Lot (keeping all trash picked up, keeping wood stacked in designated areas, weed whacking as needed, etc), and you will assist in the receiving and stocking of parts. The job location is in the Lake Elsinore/Wildomar area. Weekend work will be necessary. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE - You must meet the Requirements listed above.
