This is for work out of our Southern California (Ontario Offices) Market. Job Description: Metro RF Services, Inc. is currently searching for Warehouse Manager for work out of our Southern California Market (Los Angeles, Ontario, Inland Empire). As a Warehouse Manager, you will responsible for overseeing the warehouse / logistics of our Southern California Market. Candidate(s) must have experience in overseeing subordinates and ensuring efficient operations of our warehouse locations. Duties include, but are not limited to the performing and/or supervising staff ensuring following tasks and duties are fulfilled: • Perform various housekeeping skills at locations including but not limited to job sites, company vehicles, warehouse/office, etc. (this will include general housekeeping duties in the office, warehouse, yards, parking lots, dumpster/trash areas, etc.) • Order, receive, pickup of materials and equipment • Stock shelves with new and returned materials • Assist in maintaining the required level/quantity of stock/consumable materials • Prepare customer supplied assets for return if applicable • Supports the coordination of material returns with client logistic managers • Delivery of materials/parts/tools to job sites • Loading and unloading of materials to ground and rooftops • Loading and unloading of trucks • Accepting deliveries from vendors on site or at the Metro RF Services warehouse • Supports the department in maintaining accurate records of equipment and tool assignments • Ability to accurately follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in accordance with the scope of work and methods of procedures • Ability to track completed scopes/assignments/tasks via checklists • Maintain and assume full responsibility for company issued assets according to Metro RF Services policy • Maintains strong vendor relationships with local suppliers • Maintains strong vendor relationships with client/customer • Fleet Management (service, maintenance, tracking, etc.) • Inventory of all customer/client and internal supplied materials • Validate and report inventory of materials including but not limited to SP & ASP customer supplied materials • Scanning, labeling, palletizing, and staging of materials in WH • Tool maintenance/service • Understand and adhere to safety guidelines without deviation • Inspection of all PPE/safety gear prior to utilizing, wearing, or issuing. • Utilize required PPE for each specific task • Ensures compliance with written operating plans and procedures, company policies, labor laws, OSHA, FAA, DOT, and Hazardous Materials • Contribute to bi-weekly safety meetings • Complete all required safety training as assigned • Accident/Incident reporting • Report any unsafe condition, equipment, material, an employee's impaired health or act to your supervisor • Recommend improvements to the safety program • Ability to observe and report property, equipment, material defects and/or hazards • Complete all required paper work, job logs and field reports • Ensure supervisor is apprised of job assignment progress, concerns and deviations from the set plan or established schedule • Contribute to WH department staff meetings • Complete Weekly Vehicle Inspection Checklists • Technician will be periodically assigned to 24-hour "on call" duty to resolve any cell-related or customer issues • Must be flexible and willing to work long hours, shift changes during the week, and weekends when needed • Must be able to pass initial & recurring drug testing, background check Position Qualifications Core Competences • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge • Advanced knowledge of computer and email skills, folder, creation, file naming, uploading/downloading, etc. • Ability to communicate clearly (written & verbally) with co-workers. • Express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others • Attention to detail • Must display organizational skills (time management and multi-tasking skills) • Must display the ability to work well and effectively with others in a team setting • Ability to identify, separate, and differentiate industry related parts/materials and inventory • Problem solving skills, ability to find solutions for or to deal with work-related problems • Experience in driving vehicles up 25,999 lbs. and 26' long • Experience towing a trailer • Proven ability to transport material in a safe manner by securing and tying down loads Behavioral actions • Communicate effectively with others using the spoken word • Problem solving Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Clean Driving Record with valid U.S. driver's license • Able to pass a background and drug test Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Forklift/Gradall Certified • OSHA 10 Certified • First Aid/CPR Certified (Non-Expired) • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project • Excellent organization and communication skills Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications • Ability to stand, walk, and/or climb for 8+ hours per day • Ability to withstand repetitive movements for 8+ hours per day • Ability to push/pull/carry/lift materials for 8+ hours per day • Must be able to handle up to 80 lbs • Workplace Bloodborne Pathogen Certified • Confined Space Entry Certified • Electrical Safety Certified • PPE Certified • HazComm Certified • A valid CDL Class A driver’s license Metro RF Services
