We are growing extremely fast -- 25% growth in just 2019-2020! We are looking to add an additional crew. This new hire will train under existing Foreman to gain building skills and product knowledge. May be promoted to Foreman to lead their own crew. Landscape & Pond Construction Duties: Creating a "backyard paradise" Create fellowship and teamwork with other crew members Loading trucks Driving to different jobsites throughout the Bay Area Moving rock, using jackhammer, using shovel Minor plumbing and electrical May interact with customers and office Follows all company safety procedures at jobsite and shop Landscape & Pond Construction Qualifications Have a great attitude Ability to be creative and work as a team Any artistic background is a plus Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record Spanish is a plus Some plumbing, electrical knowledge Some Hardscape experience a plus Ability to lift 70 pounds Must have excellent communication skills Must have proficient writing skills We offer a 401K plan with company match California Aqua Pros is a family-oriented company We take pride in promoting from within Frequent wage increases based on new skills developed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
