2021 CMT Music Awards Show Food Truck Program Encore Nationwide seeking Rockstar and energetic Brand Ambassadors for a Tennessee focused food truck program to promote the 2021 CMT Music Awards Show, country music’s only entirely fan-voted award show. Leading up to the show airing on June 9th, we will have (2) food trucks across Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga serving up Tennessee favorites and playing music from the famous nominees. **Encore to share resumes & bio with relevant work + clear headshots/photos with client by this week** DATES/TIMES/LOCATIONS: TRUCK 2 -Saturday June 5th – Knoxville: 11am-7pm -Sunday June 6th – Chattanooga: 11am-7pm STAFFING CRITERIA- ALL STAFF: -Energetic, social and well spoken -Able to stay on feet/be mobile for duration of shift in potentially warm summer weather -Reliable and responsible – committed to working and arriving on time -Professional and appropriate for an activation where clients/VIPs/Talent will be onsite -Willing to wear masks and gloves for duration of shift -Polished and/or hipster look STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: -Staff training/prep – review of documents + phone/video call (BAs ½ HR pay) June 1st On-site activation responsibilities-BA’s -Distribute branded totes/tune in cards and food truck items to consumers -Engage consumers getting them excited about the event and deliver talking points - Keep order around activation/ensure safety measures are being followed -Help set up silverware/any food accessories -Transport food back and forth from the chaser truck to the serving truck ATTIRE: ALL STAFF - **Please wear either denim shorts or jeans, a white or very light colored tank top and WHITE unbranded sneakers! - MUST -All items must not ripped, not stringy, evenly colored/no crazy dyes or washes, and be not too short, appropriate length. -Branded T-shirts provided (sizes M-XL) and a trucker hat. Long hair must be tied back. -Black unbranded masks and disposable gloves will be provided. -Please bring minimal belongings onsite as any belongings will need to stay in the production vehicle. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Reimbursed at cost if not complimentary onsite.
