Ables Landscapes, an award winning landscape company in Charleston, SC, is hiring for the position of Landscape Installation Foreman.  Based in Hollywood, SC, Ables Landscapes has been creating beautiful outdoor living in the Lowcountry for over 45 years and provides Design, Build, and Maintenance services.  We’re expanding our team and looking for the individual that can make the most difference to our company and who is most aligned with our values. Here’s what you’d do: - Lead a team of Crew Members to provide the best landscape installation in Charleston. - Work alongside the Director of Landscape and Project Managers to monitor efficiency and profitability.  - Communicate effectively with Crew Leaders, Project Managers, and Director of Landscape. - Coordinate daily tasks with Project Managers. - Install the required materials for landscaping including but not limited to irrigation and lighting systems, hardscapes, patios, etc. What winning would look like:  - Coordinating materials, people, and equipment to ensure job site quality meets Ables Landscapes standards. - Providing crew member training, including proper equipment operation, installation techniques, safety, and quality standards. - Developing and reviewing growth plans for employees, and providing counsel and discipline. - Desire to represent Ables Landscapes in a professional manner at all times.  We think you may be a good fit if you: - Have a minimum of 4 years experience with grading, hardscapes, irrigation, lighting, and planting. - Have proven crew leadership experience. - Have a valid driver's license. - Are someone who gets excited about being associated with the best in the business.  And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have: - A passion for numbers and the desire to monitor, evaluate, and create measurements around company goals. - Experience with LMN (Landscape Management Network software) In addition to industry-leading development opportunities, you’ll also have benefits and perks like: - Standard paid holiday after 90 days  - 401K with a 4% match after six months - Free MUSC Telemedicine use for employees and discounted use for their families - One week paid vacation after six months  - Two weeks paid vacation after one year - Three weeks paid vacation after ten years  - Health insurance available after 90 days with 50% of employee’s premium paid by Ables Landscapes  - Separate dental, vision and life insurance plans after available - Quarterly events for employees from picnics to Christmas parties  - Consistent dream sessions with our Dream Manager
