Do you own your own pickup truck, live 20 minutes or less from 29420, and want to earn $700 extra each month work part time in the evenings Sundays through Thursdays? Trash Fairies is hiring someone to do doorstep trash pickup in an apartment complex. No trash leaves the property. Everything is done on site. We collect trash door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer it to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time. Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards. Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure. Other duties as assigned. JOB SITE: North Charleston, SC 29420 TIME: SUNDAYS - THURSDAYS, 8 PM - 9:30/10 PM STARTS: ASAP BASE PAY: $700 Job Requirements, Qualifications, and Special Conditions of Employment: Must own your own pickup. Must have a smart phone with a data plan. Must maintain valid documentation -- Auto Liability Insurance, Driver's License, etc. Must have a bank account for ACH direct deposit. Ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably. Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Ability to climb stairs, walk distances comfortably. Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
