Maintenance person needed for rentals

Property maintenance wanted 1-2 days a week, one of which MUST be Monday. This is for several houses long-term, so not looking for someone waiting for another job or side hustle. A day average 7-8 hours and the pay is below. You file taxes for total at end of year. Duties to include maintenance to the properties: painting, groundskeeping, minor plumbing/electrical, some customer service, some handyman type work, cleanouts and other minor stuff. Looking for experienced, clean background, sober and drug free with a good neat appearance only. Driver with some tools and work vehicle hired on the spot.
