Light duty office cleaning at 9 small-medium sized off-site offices located on railroad yards in the Buffalo area. All cleaning chemicals and supplies are provided. This is a good opportunity for a couple or team who currently does commercial cleaning and looking to expand. The start-time is 7:30am. 6 Buffalo sites (5 times per week) 1 Batavia site (2 times per week) 1 Niagra Falls site (5 times per week) 1 Blasdell site (3 times per week) Compensation $6,700/month 1099 Independent contractor Job Requirements: - EXTREMELY dependable - Reliable transportation - Must have cleaning experience - Great work ethic and attention to detail - Stable work history - Able to work alone with minimal supervision - Valid driver's license - No criminal history - Must have a cellphone - Seeking a long term opportunity **PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR WORK HISTORY and EXPERIENCE
