Golf Operation Position at Viera East Golf Club: Part time position 20-30hrs per week: • Golf experience not required. • Flexible to work both inside and outside golf operations including golf shop, cart barn, starter and player assistant. • Weekend availability preferred. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES • Provide customer service when checking guests in, utilizing Point of Sale system, processing customer purchases, answering the telephone, and managing the reservation system. • Provide assistance to customers, pick driving range balls and load into machine, wash golf cars and put on charge, pull cars from garage for play. • Facilitation play on the golf course. • Maintain the pro shop environment by keeping the shop neat and orderly, straightening and stocking merchandise, assist with displays, and vacuuming the shop each day. • Following written guidelines for cash handling procedures, opening and closing procedures. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Basic math skills, the ability write and communicate clearly is required. • Experience handling customer service issues, cash and credit card transactions.
