Connect with other foster/adoptive families in Milwaukee This event is sponsored by Jockey Being Family specifically for Foster, Adoptive and Guardianship families. Cruise along the Milwaukee River through the downtown area and into Lake Michigan, (staying inside the break wall). Guests will have access to beautiful views of the Milwaukee Art Museum, Discovery World, and the entire skyline of Milwaukee. Families can enjoy the fresh air, and the water, with other foster, adoptive and guardianship families. Additional tickets cannot be purchased as we must keep the attendance at a 50% capacity allowing for proper social distancing.(Limited tickets/four per family) Food and drink carry-on is not permitted but refreshments may be purchased on the boat. The Miss Wisconsin cruiser will depart at exactly 11:00 am from 205 W. Highland Ave., Milwaukee, returning at 12:30 pm. A WISAPSP Support Specialist will meet you at the dock at 205 W. Highland Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203 to get your family checked in! REMINDERS Please do NOT attend an event if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath), or have been exposed to others who have experienced those symptoms within the last 14 days. Social distancing of at least 6 feet will be required. Please bring a mask for each person in your party to be used anytime social distancing of at least 6 feet cannot be maintained.
