Investor is looking for a rehab crew to do 6 FULL rehabs all in the Monument and McCormick area. None of the work requires permits. NO roof work.
MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED.
Rehab will include sheetrock, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, painting, ceiling texture, trim work, etc
MUST be experienced and provide VERY competitive pricing for labor.
