Experienced Pressure Cleaner. Small Engine Repair, Drivers License and Good Driving Record a HUGE PLUS Jacksonville area Professional Pressure Washing and Commercial Maintenance Company seeks EXPERIENCED Pressure Cleaner To excel in this position, the candidate must: • Be able to Pressure Wash • Be comfortable and competent working up to four stories high on roofs. • Be able to repeatedly climb up to 3 flights of stairs • Be able to get to the Middleburg area to begin work daily by 8a. • Have all documentation to legally work in US as a W2 employee This position includes active participation in daily work such as pressure cleaning, garbage valet services, bulk trash pickup and dump runs, and various maintenance jobs related to the multi-family industry. Pluses for this job include: • Experience in Commercial Pressure Cleaning • Sales and/or client servicing experience • Knowledge of minor small engine repair • Management experience • Have a valid drivers license • Be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours • Skilled at pulling trailers behind trucks Pay is weekly If you meet the necessary requirements and would like to join our team, please send resume and daytime phone number.
