New to barre3? This class is for YOU! This 45-minute outdoor class combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.
Join us for class on Wednesday, May 26 at 12 noon. Barre3 is designed for every type of body, with adaptations for every posture. We are specifically welcoming those who've wanted to try a barre class but haven't yet. Our goal is for you to feel successful in the body you have TODAY. Let's move and celebrate it together!
