June 2021 marks the 4 year global anniversary of LinkedIn Local! Join us for this outdoor IN-PERSON event as we celebrate in Baltimore! Join us on Wednesday, June 16th and celebrate the global anniversary of #LinkedInLocal at Charm City Meadworks! About LinkedIn Local#LinkedInLocal is a meetup concept in over 800 cities world wide. It was created with the purpose to unite people from all walks of life, in one facilitated event, to genuinely get to know the humans behind the LinkedIn profiles, and connect beyond the job titles, business cards and company names. These events are curated to bring our tribes together and remind ourselves why it's important to connect out of the digital world. How our job titles, degrees and backgrounds are just a fraction of who we are and that we have the capacity to be more and to do more when surrounded by the right people. What to Expect at This EventLinkedIn Local is turning 4, hon! Join us and celebrate the contributions we have been able to make to Living Classrooms Foundation through these events in Baltimore. Feel free to dress in your favorite Baltimore party attire, whether it be purple or orange, crabs or flamingos, you can even don your feather boa and beehive, hon! We will celebrate safely with two Maryland favorites, Mr. Natty Boh & Mrs. Utz Girl! Get ready for a themed paint night, featuring these famous icons. Select your preferred pre-outlined canvas at checkout and all of the paint supplies will be ready for you when you arrive. Enjoy a guided session with local artist Robyn Johnson, Owner of Wine: 30 Baltimore who will give you tips and tricks to bring out the best of your inner Bob Ross. It's been too long since we have seen your lovely faces in-person and now you get to leave the party with some lovely faces of your own! All proceeds for this event will be donated to Living Classrooms Foundation which inspires children, youth, and adults to achieve their potential through hands-on education, workforce development, health and wellness, and violence prevention programming. This is an outdoor event. Masks are encouraged but not required. We ask that all attendees maintain a safe social distance and respect boundaries of others while networking.
