FREE Folk Music Festival with THREE STAGES of performances by local and regional musical artists at the scenic waterfront Rose Larisa Park. This is the seventh annual FREE Rhode Island Folk Festival. Prior to 2019, the event was known as the Providence Folk Festival. The current location is in Riverside, East Providence, RI across from the historic Looff Carousel.
