Small black dog with brown markings under chin and on chest His name is Suitcase. He was last seen heading towards 9th and Morris about two hours ago. He is microchipped. Any vet would be able to identify him and contact his owners. The owners are also offering a $500 reward. He's not wearing his collar but is fully vaccinated. He may be skittish.
