Come out to learn more about Kingdom Builders Family Life Center. Save the date for Saturday, August 28th, 2021 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Sand Creek Trail & Wildflower Park near Wildflower Elementary School. Help us change the narrative around Domestic Violence. There will be education and resources around Domestic Violence. Grow awareness for this cause. Lift Up and support survivors of Domestic Violence. And remember those that were taken by Domestic Violence. There will be several different walks. Please join us in whatever form you like - walking, running, biking, scootering, etc. 5K Race - Ideal for those that have participated in or have wanted to participate in a 5k. Expect to spend about 45-60 minutes on this race. Imagine That! Walk - Let's try to imagine ourselves in the others shoes. So women, you will walk in oversized men's shoes and men, you will walk in high heels. This fun walk will be quick, but powerful. Memorial Circle - This walk will be done in remembrance of victims of Domestic Abuse. It will be a slow paced walk to pay respects and learn others stories. Kids Fun Run - This one is for the kids! A fun run that will be divided up by ages! 2-4 year old's, 5-9 year old's, 10-13 year old's, 14 and up! As more information is confirmed, we will share the info here! In the mean time, SAVE THE DATE and plan to come out with your family to enjoy the outdoors!
