Now Hiring BLD Services LLC is a growing underground trenchless construction company specializing in sewer pipe rehabilitation, with many positions available including CCTV Technician, CDL Drivers/Laborers, and Operators. Most of the work is "in-town". However, candidates should expect to work "out-of-town" at times (requiring overnight stays in hotels) anywhere from a day and up to 10 days. The selected candidate will need to coordinate with the supervisor and other skilled team members, both administratively and “on the field”. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, be a hard worker, punctual, dependable, and honest. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in an outdoor construction environment required, preferably with water or sewer utilities. CDL Permit, Class A or B required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be able to travel, as needed. Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal history background check, as well as driver’s license check for past 36 months without any suspensions or major traffic violations. Pay rate for CDL drivers starts at $18-$25 per hour. Wage rate is based on experience and skills set. Pay rate for non CDL drivers starts at $16-$20 per hour. Wage rate is based on experience and skills set. However, it is expected that a CDL license will be acquired within 90 days of employment and pay rate will be adjusted to a CDL pay rate. Most of the work is scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
