Full Time Manual Labor All American Shutters & Glass has been protecting homes in South Florida since 1996. We are looking to add to our manufacturing team. We are a high volume, established shutter company looking for full-time help for our manufacturing facility. We offer competitive benefits package after 90-day probationary period. Job Duties  Learn/Operate saw machine  Loading/ offloading light metal products by hand  General shop labor & other tasks as assigned  Shop cleaning and organization  Assembly of our metal shutter products (use of hand tools required)  Occasional local deliveries to job sites using company truck  Occasional pick up of supplies at local vendors using company truck Requirements  Valid driver's license (only minor traffic violations will be accepted)  Pass background check  Own transportation to/from work  Working on production line and meeting production targets  Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy & dynamic team environment  Willing to work overtime when required  Willing to work 2nd SHIFT (a must)  Basic mechanical aptitude  Basic hand skills in handling tools and building metal products  Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds  Optional: Ability to operate small forklifts  Follow health and safety standards  Follow production guidelines and specifications We will train the right candidate!
