Maintenance Worker for a Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach Job description: We are looking for a Maintenance worker to form part of a three-person team for a Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach. This person will perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, painting and response to plumbing emergencies as well as other maintenance tasks as needed. Responsibilities: • Assist and report to maintenance supervisor for daily maintenance of the Condominium. • Identifies and performs basic repairs including painting, plumbing leaks or breaks, unclogging drains lines, replacing seals and other minor parts, replaces light bulbs, maintaining drinking fountains and other repairs as assigned. • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during various projects. Requirements: • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position. • Must be available to work every other weekend. • Safety practices and procedures related to the building trades. • Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time; lift and carry boxes, tools, equipment and materials. • Proper lifting techniques minimum of 50lbs • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
