Property Foreman/ Manager/Handiman needed for single family residence located on half acre lot. A good fit is a person that has the ability provide handyman/property maintenance services that are necessary for the general weekly upkeep of the house as well as the grounds. Additionally the individual must be able to have skills in organization, communication, supervisory general computer skills, self motivated, etc in order to initiate and oversee pending required upkeep projects such as finding a licensed contractor meet with them acquire proposals and present to property owner) " a liaison between property owner and maintenance workers. Must be comfortable working around large dogs. Must work cohesively with the property owner regarding any tasks needed over and above the assigned tasks. Must be comfortable working around large dogs. Must speak fluent English and conversational Spanish. Hours are MWF 9-4:30(flexible)May transisition to full time if required. Intial salary $550.00 negotionable depending on experience. Initial work hours are MWF 9-4/4:30 (flexible) Work hours may transition to full time if workload requires such. Initial salary of $500/wk (however negotiable depending on experience.
