POOL ATTENDANT / MONITOR Responsible for enforcing pool safety rules in all pool areas. Primary responsibility is the maintenance and cleanliness of pool and deck areas and enforcement of pool rules. Able to understand and react to emergency response procedures; monitors safety and security of all pool users and responsible for reporting and documenting any safety or accident concerns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Maintains cleanliness of pool deck and furniture. • Maintain a neat and clean pool area. • Ensure neat and clean restrooms. • Sanitize pool furniture. • Ensure only residents and their guests access pool area. • Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed. • May be assigned other duties by the on-site Community Association Manager.
