A healing sound bath with guided meditation, singing bowls, gongs, harmonium, and more... Awaken your inner light with a healing sound journey at the Center for Spiritual Oneness in Hot Springs. Daman Hoffman, certified sound therapist with Embassy of Sound will ease you down into a state of deep relaxation with a guided meditation, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls tuned to the natural frequency of the universe, planet gongs, harmonium, and more. As you soak in the pure harmonic tones, the gentle vibrations will carry you into a dream-like state of consciousness. When you are tuned into your highest self, you may experience a greater connection between body and mind, reduced stress and anxiety, and feel more balanced and focused. All are welcome to join us for this unique experience. No prior knowledge or skill is needed and no movement will be involved. Space is limited so advance registration is recommended. The cost of admission is $20 in advance, or $25 if paid at the door. Guests are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye masks, or anything needed to feel comfortable on the floor. Seating will also be available, if desired.
