We are hiring several professional cleaning people for our high-end vacation rentals on Whitefish Mountain. If you're a skier or snowboarder, you might have seen our treehouses by Chair 3 on Hope Slope. Called Snow Bear Chalets, we are the world's 1st ski-in/ski-out treehouses! Our luxury vacation rentals were recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the 100 Greatest Places in the World! We have an amazing housekeeping team already but are in need of at three additional people to help with quick turnarounds for our short-term vacation rental guests, due to a growing portfolio. We've expanded from our original three treehouses, and have added 7 additional units. Due to COVID-19, you MUST be able to show proof of vaccination. We are still practicing social distancing with our guests and our crew. You'll only work with someone else if you apply as a couple, otherwise, you'll work in an individual chalet on your own. We have installed new key-less locks that allow for check-in and check-out without a person being present, so you'll have no interaction with guests either. We want to protect YOUR health too! Our turns between guests vary and include weekday or weekend hours. If you can only work weekends or only work weekdays, we can make that work too. Please have reliable transportation as we're counting on you! We are a smoke-free property so please be a non-smoker. This is a year-round position. You can choose how many hours you want to work each week, simply by signing up to do a cleaning turn, or not, giving you total flexibility to create your schedule a month in advance. Compensation is $19/hour. If you start with us before June 1st and work the entire summer season through the end of September, we'll reward you with a 10% bonus on your payments to date- up to an additional $500!
