It is illegal to release non native fish into the NH lakes or ponds It is environmentally destructive killing off native wildlife and plants and ruining our ecology If they are your pets it is your responsibility to house them properly, rehome them or if need be euthanize them humanely There is no way to determine if local ponds have no outlet and will never overflow sending non native plants and animals out into our fresh water systems. Destroying the NH environment is not only illegal its highly irresponsible and disrespectful of all the many people working hard to preserve the NH we love and people come from all over to experience.
