We'll walk you through the steps of identifying foundation life experiences and using them as points in a connect-the-dot picture. Just as our Life Maps: A Journey Back to my Twelve-Year-Old Self exhibit takes a deep dive into the life experiences of the community members featured in the exhibit, you now have a chance to complete your own Life Map and connect your own dots. This workshop will walk you through the steps of identifying foundational life experiences and using them as points in a connect-the-dot picture that tell the story of who you are and why it matters. We will look back as far as ten or twelve years-old, asking questions such as: What kind of student were you? How did you spend your time? Did talents and interests you possessed as a young person influence or impact your career path? Which life experiences (good and bad) have proven to be most influential? Best suited for adults.
