As a Dietz Property Group employee, your opinion matters. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage and help a team of 1-2 techs with the upkeep and repair of the apartment community (including preventative maintenance) while providing great customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, excellent carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills, HVAC certification (or willing to get it on OUR dime) and a valid, current driver's license.
