Pay will depend on experience but there is definite room for advancements. Again, no experience necessary, just a desire to learn a trade with a good attitude and work ethic. Potential for paid schooling to become licensed plumber, take home van, matched 401k, flexible schedules, etc. Paid weekly and paid holidays.
