Description

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of assigned buildings with supervisor guidance. The assigned buildings are commercial buildings. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms, sanitation and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by supervisor. Commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal history report for ABM. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver record report required. A reliable personal vehicle required. The shift is 11 pm start time, all work must be completed by 5 am. Most buildings open 7 days per week. Work schedule may include Weekends.
