Bear needs freedom and someone with more time

Bear is a very smart, sweet boy. He watches everything we do. He follows my kids by jumping our fence. We live in the city. I am so worried that he will decide to go do what he wants,without a second thought he will... but I am concerned one day he will get hit. He is non aggressive. Will be excited when you come home. He is only 9 months and a rather independent fella. I don't want to let him go but he needs space and someone who has the time to train him. We all work and the kids are in sports and school. He has been raised with 2 other dogs and my kids. If anyone knows a person that would take him or even if you would match what he needs...give me a text or e mail. Thank you
