Growing vacation rental management company looking for a maintenance and make ready team member to join our full-time team.
Experience in general maintenance of homes is required. Responsibilities include assembling and moving furniture, installing light and plumbing fixtures, sheetrock and paint, etc.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and AC is a plus and will determine hourly pay rate ($18-20/hr).
Hours are standard 40 hrs a week with weekends off, and it is preferrable if you have your own basic tools and a truck.
The properties are located in Galveston, and we would prefer someone who lives on
the island or close by.
