This Thai Clinch Seminar is open to all interested parties and all gyms. Led by pro fighter Kaleb Hunter. Prior knowledge is not necessary. The Clinch in Muay Thai is NOT just hugging it out to stall for time or get a breather like in some other combat sports. The Clinch is one of the most important and distinct parts of Muay Thai and is seen as stand-up close-quarters grappling that will not be immediately broken up by the ref. The Clinch isn't just about positioning, but strikes are allowed from it - usually knees and elbows. This seminar will teach you internal control, positioning, dynamics of the turn, locking in your opponent, escaping the lock, and more. Pro fighter Kaleb Hunter will be leading the seminar. He fights out of Eight Points Muay Thai gym in W-S under Chris Clodfelter. Kaleb has a wealth of Muay Thai fighting experience and knows how to dominate in clinch.
